Yes! One stall is included in your monthly rent. A limited amount of second stalls are available for an additional monthly cost.

It is not an additional cost, and residents can reserve the golf simulator as well.

All residents can reserve the Lakeside Lounge or first floor community room at no additional cost.

We are a dog friendly community, with a maximum weight of 60 pounds and some breed restrictions. We require dogs to be spayed, neutered, and licensed with the City of Mahtomedi. Please reach out to The Lakes of Mahtomedi for details.

Of course! We have two community rooms available to reserve if you’d like additional space for family get-togethers.
